Grizzlies vs. Spurs: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Through 3 Quarters

The Memphis Grizzlies are just one quarter away from delivering their fans the win they’ve been expecting. It’s looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the San Antonio Spurs as the Grizz lead 96-85.

Point guard Ja Morant has taken over for Memphis, currently boasting 39 points (41% of their total) in addition to four boards. One thing to keep an eye out for is Jaren Jackson Jr.’s foul situation as he currently sits at five.

The top scorers for San Antonio have been point guard Dejounte Murray (17 points) and small forward Lonnie Walker IV (15 points).

the Spurs have lost 100% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this season, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

San Antonio @ Memphis

Current Records: San Antonio 24-37; Memphis 42-20

What to Know

The San Antonio Spurs haven’t won a game against the Memphis Grizzlies since Dec. 23 of 2020, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Monday. The Spurs are staying on the road to face off against Memphis at 8 p.m. ET Feb. 28 at FedExForum. The Grizz should still be feeling good after a win, while San Antonio will be looking to get back in the win column.

It was close but no cigar for San Antonio as they fell 133-129 to the Miami Heat this past Saturday. Despite the loss, San Antonio got a solid performance out of small forward Keita Bates-Diop, who posted a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Memphis didn’t have too much breathing room in their matchup with the Chicago Bulls this past Saturday, but they still walked away with a 116-110 victory. Point guard Ja Morant continued his habit of dropping crazy stat lines, picking up 46 points.

The Spurs are expected to lose this next one by 8.5. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a two-game streak of ATS wins.

San Antonio is now 24-37 while the Grizzlies sit at 42-20. A couple numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: San Antonio is fifth worst in the league in points allowed per game, with 112.7 on average. Memphis’ offense has more to brag about, as they they come into the contest boasting the second most points per game in the league at 113.8. The Spurs might struggle to break 100.
