Heat vs. Trail Blazers: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Through 3 Quarters

Down two at the end of last quarter, the Portland Trail Blazers have now snagged the lead. It’s still tight after three quarters, with Rip City leading 82-78 over the Miami Heat.

The Trail Blazers have been riding high on the performance of shooting guard Anfernee Simons, who has shot 6-for-12 from beyond the arc and has recorded 25 points and seven assists. One thing to keep an eye out for is Jusuf Nurkic’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

Small forward Caleb Martin has led the way so far for Miami, as he has 26 points in addition to eight boards. Martin is close to surpassing his season high of 28.

The Heat haven’t lost 81% of the games in which they were down heading into the final period this season, so a win here would be refreshing.

What to Know

The Portland Trail Blazers will square off against the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday at FTX Arena. These two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.

The Trail Blazers picked up a 98-88 victory over the Orlando Magic on Monday. Portland relied on the efforts of center Jusuf Nurkic, who dropped a double-double on 22 rebounds and 21 points, and small forward Nassir Little, who posted a double-double on 13 points and ten boards.

Meanwhile, Miami didn’t have too much breathing room in their matchup with the Toronto Raptors on Monday, but they still walked away with a 104-99 win. The Heat’s success was spearheaded by the efforts of small forward Jimmy Butler, who posted a triple-double on 19 points, ten assists, and ten boards, and point guard Tyler Herro, who had 23 points.

Portland is expected to lose this next one by 9. Those betting on them against the spread shouldn’t have high expectations for them since the squad is 5-10 ATS when expected to lose.

The wins brought Portland up to 18-25 and Miami to 28-16. The Trail Blazers are 8-9 after wins this season, Miami 16-11.
