How to watch Magic vs. Clippers: Live stream, TV channel, start time for Wednesday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

Down one at the end of last quarter, the Orlando Magic have now snagged the lead. a win is still up for grabs for either team after three quarters, but they are up 78-76 over the Los Angeles Clippers

The Magic haven’t had any offensive standouts so far with all players held to 14 points or fewer. Los Angeles is in a similar position to Orlando as their squad has been held to no more than 14 points.

The Clippers haven’t lost 81% of the games in which they were down heading into the final period this year, so a victory here would be refreshing.

Who’s Playing

Los Angeles @ Orlando

Current Records: Los Angeles 24-25; Orlando 9-39

What to Know

The Orlando Magic are 1-12 against the Los Angeles Clippers since December of 2015, but they’ll have a chance to close the gap a little bit Wednesday. Orlando will take on Los Angeles at 7 p.m. ET at Amway Center after having had a few days off.

The Magic didn’t have too much trouble with the Chicago Bulls at home on Sunday as they won 114-95. Center Moe Wagner and small forward Franz Wagner were among the main playmakers for Orlando as the former had 23 points and the latter had 18 points and five assists.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles escaped with a win on Tuesday against the Washington Wizards by the margin of a single free throw, 116-115. Los Angeles was down 66-36 at the end of the half, but the squad rallied to mount a spectacular comeback. Their success was spearheaded by the efforts of shooting guard Luke Kennard, who shot 5-for-8 from downtown and finished with 25 points, six assists and eight rebounds, and small forward Amir Coffey, who had 29 points in addition to five boards. Coffey hadn’t helped his team much against the New York Knicks on Sunday, so this was a nice turnaround for him. Coffey’s points were the most he has had all year.

Barring any buzzer beaters, the Magic are expected to win a tight contest. Their home court has been no bettor’s paradise, though, as they’ve failed to beat the spread in 15 of their 20 home games.

Their wins bumped Orlando to 9-39 and the Clippers to 24-25. We’ll see who can continue their climb to a .500 record.
