How to watch Raptors vs. Hornets: NBA live stream info, TV channel, time, game odds

Through 3 Quarters

A victory for the Toronto Raptors would push them over .500, and after three quarters they have put themselves in a good position to make this happen. Three quarters in and their offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating the Charlotte Hornets 108-89.

The Raptors have been relying on power forward Pascal Siakam, who has dropped a double-double on 22 points and 12 dimes along with seven boards, and shooting guard Gary Trent Jr., who has 29 points. Those points put Trent Jr. near his season high of 31. One thing to keep an eye out for is Dalano Banton’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

Power forward Miles Bridges has led the way so far for Charlotte, as he has 22 points in addition to four rebounds.

the Hornets have lost 82% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this year, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Charlotte @ Toronto

Current Records: Charlotte 26-21; Toronto 22-22

What to Know

After a two-game homestand, the Charlotte Hornets will be on the road. They will square off against the Toronto Raptors at 7 p.m. ET Tuesday at Scotiabank Arena. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W.’

Charlotte has to be hurting after a devastating 113-91 defeat at the hands of the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday. It was supposed to be a close matchup, and the Hornets were supposed to come out on top, but neither of those things ended up happening. Power forward Miles Bridges (19 points) and point guard LaMelo Ball (19 points) were the top scorers for Charlotte.

Meanwhile, Toronto came up short against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday, falling 114-105. Toronto was down 86-67 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from. One thing holding Toronto back was the mediocre play of shooting guard Gary Trent Jr., who did not have his best game: he played for 28 minutes with.

The Hornets are now 26-21 while the Raptors sit at 22-22. A couple offensive numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: Charlotte enters the contest with 114.1 points per game on average, which is the best in the league. Less enviably, Toronto has only been able to knock down 43.50% percent of their shots, which is the fourth lowest field goal percentage in the league.
