Knicks vs. Trail Blazers: How to watch online, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Through 3 Quarters

The New York Knicks were the heavy favorites here for a reason. After three quarters it’s looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the Portland Trail Blazers as New York lead 94-74.

The Knicks have been led by small forward R.J. Barrett, who so far has shot 5-for-9 from downtown and has recorded 29 points and four rebounds. Shooting guard Josh Hart (15 points) and guard Brandon Williams (14 points) have been the top scorers for Portland.

The Trail Blazers have lost 86% of their games in which they were down going into the fourth quarter. Barring a miraculous turnaround, this contest will end the same way.

What to Know

After seven games on the road, the New York Knicks are heading back home. They will take on the Portland Trail Blazers at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday at Madison Square Garden after having had a few days off. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

It was close but no cigar for the Knicks as they fell 110-107 to the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday. The losing side was boosted by shooting guard Evan Fournier, who shot 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and finished with 25 points and five dimes.

Meanwhile, Portland came up short against the Atlanta Hawks on Monday, falling 122-113. Shooting guard Josh Hart put forth a good effort for the losing side as he had 31 points along with seven rebounds.

New York is the favorite in this one, with an expected 12.5-point margin of victory. They are currently six-for-six against the spread in their most recent games, a trend bettors might want to take into account.

The losses put the Knicks at 28-40 and Rip City at 26-41. A couple numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: New York has only been able to knock down 43.60% percent of their shots, which is the fourth lowest field goal percentage in the league. Portland has experienced some struggles of their own as they have allowed their opponents to shoot 47.30% from the floor on average, which is the fifth highest shooting percentage allowed in the league. It’s possible one of these Achilles’ heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
