Live updates: Xavier builds big lead against Pitt

All eyes today are on Fairleigh Dickinson, which looks to become the first 16-seed to advance to the Sweet 16. UMBC followed up its 2018 win over Virginia with a close loss to Kansas State; can FDU go one step further by beating FAU (7:45 p.m. ET)?

Big-time matchups highlight the rest of the docket. Baylor vs. Creighton (7:10 p.m. ET) and Indiana vs. Miami (8:40 p.m. ET) might be the biggest coin flip games, but Kansas State vs. Kentucky (2:40 p.m. ET), Marquette vs. Michigan State (5:15 p.m. ET), UConn vs. Saint Mary’s, (6:10 p.m. ET) and Gonzaga vs. TCU (9:40 p.m. ET) are all high-level battles.

Then there’s the Sean Miller Game, with Xavier taking on his alma mater, Pitt (12:10 p.m. ET). — Jeff Borzello
