Magic vs. Grizzlies: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Who’s Playing

Memphis @ Orlando

Current Records: Memphis 36-18; Orlando 12-41

What to Know

The Orlando Magic will be returning home after a two-game road trip. After a few days’ rest for both teams, they and the Memphis Grizzlies will meet up at 5 p.m. ET Feb. 5 at Amway Center. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games.

Orlando escaped with a win on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers by the margin of a single free throw, 119-118. The victory came about thanks to a strong surge after the half to overcome a 67-53 deficit. The Magic can attribute much of their success to shooting guard Gary Harris, who shot 6-for-11 from beyond the arc and finished with 22 points and five dimes, and power forward Wendell Carter Jr., who posted a double-double on 19 points and 18 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Memphis didn’t have too much trouble with the New York Knicks on the road on Wednesday as they won 120-108. Memphis’ power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. was one of the most active players for the team, dropping a double-double on 26 points and ten boards.

Orlando is expected to lose this next one by 7.5. Their home court has been no bettor’s paradise, as they’ve failed to beat the spread in 16 of their 23 home games.

Orlando got away with a 112-111 win when the two teams previously met in May of last year. Will they repeat their success, or does Memphis have a better game plan this time around? We’ll find out soon enough.
