A big reason for the Jaguars’ improvement has been the development of quarterback Trevor Lawrence, the top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Lawrence went from 17 interceptions in 2021 – tied for most in the league – to eight during the regular season.

The Jaguars are looking to advance to the AFC title game for the first time since the 2017 season.

The Giants are seeking their first spot in the NFC Championship Game since the 2011 season when New York won Super Bowl XLVI.

The teams will play for the third time in seven weeks. The Eagles won 48-22 on Dec. 11 in New York and 22-16 at home on Jan. 8.

The Bills lead the NFL all-time series 17-15.

Buffalo is one win from reaching the AFC Championship Game for the first tine since the 2020 season. The last time the Bills won the AFC was during the 1993 season en route to Super Bowl XXVIII.

Dallas leads the all-time series 19-18-1 but San Francisco won the previous meeting 23-17 in the wild-card round just over a year ago on Jan. 16.
