Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram ninth in Western Conference front court voting for 2020 NBA All-Star Game

The first voting returns for the 2020 NBA All-Star Game are in and New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram is inside the top 10 for front court players in the Western Conference.

Ingram has collected 118,188 votes, good enough for ninth among front court players in the Western Conference, according to a release issued by the NBA on Thursday, Jan. 2.

Ingram recently was named the Western Conference Player of the Week after leading the Pelicans to a 4-0 mark while averaging 25.3 points on .493 shooting, including .542 from three-point range and a perfect 1.000 from the free throw line, as well as 7.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 steals.

Ingram, a 6-foot-7 forward in his fourth season in the NBA, is averaging 25.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists a game.
