Pelicans vs. Warriors: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Through 3 Quarters

The Golden State Warriors are just one quarter away from delivering their fans the win they’ve been expecting. Three quarters in and their offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating the New Orleans Pelicans 91-78.

The Dubs have enjoyed the tag-team combination of shooting guard Jordan Poole and shooting guard Klay Thompson. The former has 22 points and five assists in addition to four boards and two blocks, while the latter has shot 5-for-11 from beyond the arc and has recorded 26 points. The top scorers for New Orleans have been small forward Trey Murphy III (15 points) and small forward Naji Marshall (13 points).

the Pelicans have lost 86% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this season, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Golden State @ New Orleans

Current Records: Golden State 52-29; New Orleans 36-45

What to Know

The Golden State Warriors and the New Orleans Pelicans will face off at 9:30 p.m. ET April 10 at Smoothie King Center without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The Warriors won’t have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy a 6.5-point advantage in the spread.

Even if it wasn’t a dominant performance, Golden State beat the San Antonio Spurs 100-94 this past Saturday. Golden State’s power forward Jonathan Kuminga filled up the stat sheet, picking up 18 points. Kuminga hadn’t helped his team much against the Los Angeles Lakers this past Thursday, so this was a nice turnaround for him.

Meanwhile, things couldn’t have gone much worse for New Orleans as they lost 141-114 to the Memphis Grizzlies this past Saturday. New Orleans was down 119-80 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from. Shooting guard CJ McCollum (16 points) and center Willy Hernangomez (15 points) were the top scorers for New Orleans. That makes it three consecutive games in which Willy Hernangomez has had at least ten rebounds.

The Warriors are expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Indiana Pacers Jan. 20 easily too and instead slipped up with a 121-117. In other words, don’t count the Pelicans out just yet.
