Watch Heat vs. Raptors: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Monday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

Only one more quarter stands between the Miami Heat and the victory they were favored to collect going into this night. They currently hold an 80-75 lead over the Toronto Raptors.

Miami has been riding high on the performance of small forward Jimmy Butler, who has 19 points and eight assists along with nine boards. Toronto has been led by power forward Pascal Siakam, who so far has 16 points and eight assists in addition to five steals. A double-double would be Siakam’s third in a row.

the Raptors have lost 82% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this year, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Toronto @ Miami

Current Records: Toronto 21-19; Miami 27-16

What to Know

The Toronto Raptors’ road trip will continue as they head to FTX Arena at 7:30 p.m. ET Monday to face off against the Miami Heat. Toronto isn’t expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn’t stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.

The Raptors beat the Milwaukee Bucks 103-96 this past Saturday. Toronto’s power forward Pascal Siakam did his thing and posted a triple-double on 30 points, ten dimes, and ten rebounds. That’s Siakam’s first triple-double of the season.

Meanwhile, Miami lost to the Philadelphia 76ers at home by a decisive 109-98 margin. Miami’s loss shouldn’t obscure the performances of small forward Caleb Martin, who had 16 points in addition to seven boards, and center Omer Yurtseven, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it 14 consecutive games in which Yurtseven has had at least ten rebounds.

Toronto’s win brought them up to 21-19 while the Heat’s defeat pulled them down to 27-16. Two stats to keep an eye on: The Raptors come into the game boasting the third most steals per game in the league at 9.08. But Miami enters the contest with only 7.2 steals given up per game on average, good for fourth best in the league. Ball control might end up being a major factor in this one.
