Watch Hornets vs. Nuggets: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Monday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

Down one at the end of last quarter, the Denver Nuggets have now snagged the lead. They have emerged as the frontrunner after three quarters and are ahead of the Charlotte Hornets 93-84.

The Nuggets have enjoyed the tag-team combination of center Nikola Jokic and power forward Aaron Gordon. The former has posted a triple-double on 17 points, 15 boards, and 11 dimes, while the latter has 21 points along with five rebounds. Jokic now has 18 triple-doubles this year.

Denver and Charlotte came into this contest with previous-game wins. We’ll see if Denver can maintain their lead to polish off another victory and cancel out Charlotte’s positive energy.

Who’s Playing

Denver @ Charlotte

Current Records: Denver 44-31; Charlotte 39-36

What to Know

The Charlotte Hornets are getting right back to it as they host the Denver Nuggets at 7 p.m. ET March 28 at Spectrum Center. Charlotte isn’t expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn’t stop them last game, maybe the team has another upset up their sleeve.

The Hornets beat the Brooklyn Nets 119-110 on Sunday. Charlotte’s point guard LaMelo Ball did his thing and shot 7-for-12 from beyond the arc and finished with 33 points, nine dimes and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn’t a dominant performance, Denver beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 113-107 this past Saturday. Center Nikola Jokic had a stellar game for Denver as he almost posted a triple-double on 35 points, 12 boards, and eight assists.

Charlotte is expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Detroit Pistons Feb. 27 easily too and instead slipped up with a 127-126. In other words, don’t count the Nuggets out just yet.
