Watch Mavericks vs. Thunder: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Wednesday’s NBA game

Through 3 Quarters

The point spread is against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but thus far the points are on their side. They have emerged as the frontrunner after three quarters and are ahead of the Dallas Mavericks 85-76.

The Thunder have been led by point guard Tre Mann, who so far has shot 5-for-7 from downtown and has recorded 25 points.

Dallas has been relying on the performance of point guard Luka Doncic, who has 26 points and seven assists. A double-double would be Doncic’s fourth in a row.

Dallas has lost 87% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this season, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Oklahoma City @ Dallas

Current Records: Oklahoma City 15-34; Dallas 29-22

What to Know

The Oklahoma City Thunder haven’t won a game against the Dallas Mavericks since March 11 of last year, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Wednesday. Oklahoma City will square off against Dallas on the road at 8:30 p.m. ET at American Airlines Center. OKC isn’t favored, but they just beat the odds in their last matchup, so don’t count them out.

The Thunder had enough points to win and then some against the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday, taking their contest 98-81. The top scorer for Oklahoma City was small forward Luguentz Dort (18 points).

Meanwhile, Dallas was close but no cigar on Sunday as they fell 110-108 to the Orlando Magic. The losing side was boosted by point guard Luka Doncic, who posted a triple-double on 34 points, 12 boards, and 11 dimes. That’s the third consecutive game in which Doncic has had at least 11 assists.

Oklahoma City is now 15-34 while the Mavericks sit at 29-22. A couple stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: OKC is worst in the league in points per game, with only 100.7 on average. Dallas’ defense has more to brag about, as they they enter the matchup with only 103.4 points allowed per game on average, good for third best in the league. OKC might struggle to break 100.
