Watch Tennessee vs. Longwood: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Thursday’s NCAAB game

Who’s Playing

Longwood @ Tennessee

Regular Season Records: Longwood 26-6; Tennessee 27-7

What to Know

The Longwood Lancers and the #5 Tennessee Volunteers are set to clash at 2:45 p.m. ET March 17 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Longwood earned some more postseason success in their contest last week. They made easy work of the Winthrop Eagles and carried off a 79-58 win. The Lancers’ guard Isaiah Wilkins did his thing and had 19 points along with eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the game between the Volunteers and the Texas A&M Aggies on Sunday was still a pretty decisive one as Tennessee wrapped it up with a 65-50 victory. Guard Santiago Vescovi and guard Kennedy Chandler were among the main playmakers for Tennessee as the former had 17 points and five assists and the latter had 14 points and seven assists.

Longwood have to know they’ll be fighting an uphill battle given the 18 point spread they are up against. They are currently four-for-four against the spread in their most recent games, however, a trend bettors might want to take into account.

With both teams having displayed their playoff mettle, spectators can expect a high-quality matchup. Check back with CBS Sports for more details during and after the game.
