Watch Thunder vs. Suns: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Thursday’s NBA game

Through 2 Quarters

The experts predicted a victory for the Phoenix Suns, but it’s no sure thing at this point. At halftime neither squad has the game in the bag, but Phoenix leads 50-47 over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Shooting guard Devin Booker has led the way so far for the Suns, as he has ten points and four assists in addition to four steals and two boards. This makes it three games in a row in which Booker has had at least three steals.

Oklahoma City has been led by shooting guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who so far has 15 points and two assists along with two rebounds.

What to Know

The Oklahoma City Thunder have been on the wrong side of a one-way rivalry with the Phoenix Suns and are hoping to record their first victory since Jan. 27 of last year. After a few days’ rest for both teams, they will meet up at 8 p.m. ET Feb. 24 at Paycom Center. Phoenix will be strutting in after a win while OKC will be stumbling in from a loss.

The Thunder came up short against the San Antonio Spurs last Wednesday, falling 114-106. Despite their defeat, Oklahoma City got to see several of their players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. point guard Tre Mann, who had 24 points in addition to six boards, was the best among equals.

Meanwhile, things were close when the Suns and the Houston Rockets clashed last week, but Phoenix ultimately edged out the opposition 124-121. Shooting guard Devin Booker and center Deandre Ayton were among the main playmakers for Phoenix as the former had 24 points and eight assists and the latter had 23 points along with nine rebounds.

Oklahoma City is the clear underdog, so they’re hoping it’s the size of the fight that determines this one. However, those who like betting on the underdog should be happy to hear that they are 32-16-3 against the spread when expected to lose.

OKC is now 18-40 while Phoenix sits at 48-10. Two offensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: OKC has only been able to knock down 41.80% percent of their shots, which is the lowest field goal percentage in the league. The Suns’ offense has more to brag about, as they they rank second in the league when it comes to field goal percentage, with 48.20% on the season. We’ll see if their 6.40% advantage translates to a win.
